Terms & Conditions

Booking and payment is considered as acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Cancellations made up to one week before the camp/class will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Participants must treat each other and facilitators with respect. This includes sharing a quiet atmosphere during certain performances and activities.

At The Jam we give directions to keep participants happy and safe and all these directions must be followed.

As we may have children at our classes with allergies, please ensure that your child has no nuts with them at any of our classes.

Any participant whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed - no refund will be made. Children must comply with all safety requests by staff.

Late Pick Up Fees :

We understand that sometimes a late pick up can't be helped. Therefore we allow for a 10 minute grace period for all collections. After that we will be charging €5 for each 15 minutes thereafter. For example :

First 10 minutes - grace

Up to 15 minutes - €5

Up to 30 minutes - €10

Up to 45 minutes - €15

Up to 60 minutes - €20. 

This is to cover staff fees and any extra charges that may be incurred by the venue. Thank you very much for your understanding.
